AGRO BAYAdvanced hydrogel technology

About Agrobay

A Mongolian company built to bring science-based, locally adapted hydrogel technology to forestry, farming, and mine-site reclamation.

Our mission

Reduce the economic damage caused by desertification, water scarcity, and falling yields by making super-absorbent polymer technology accessible to Mongolian forestry, agriculture, and mine-reclamation programs.

Our story

Agrobay LLC was founded to bring internationally validated super-absorbent polymer (SAP) hydrogel into Mongolia at scale — a category that until now has had no serious in-country presence.

In April 2026 we hold 800 kg in bonded storage in Ulaanbaatar, allocated to a wheat trial in Selenge aimag and a forestry trial in Khentii aimag. Production-scale orders will follow once trial results are in.

What sets us apart is the combination of factory-grade technical depth, recommendations tuned to Mongolian soils and climate, and contracting that respects local procurement realities.

Why now

Mongolia hosts UNCCD COP17 in Ulaanbaatar in August 2026. With 196 member states gathering to discuss desertification solutions, we will present a technology with proven impact on Mongolian forestry and farming.

The Billion Trees national movement, mine-reclamation standards, and rising agricultural-productivity targets are all converging — and all of them benefit from soil hydrogel.

Operating values

Science-led

Every claim ties back to SGS-tested, ISO-compliant material. We share the data, not just the headlines.

Locally operated

Stock in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolian agronomists, Mongolian-language technical support.

Supplier-agnostic quality

We source only from ISO-certified industrial partners, against a defined material specification.

Partner-first commercial terms

Start with a pilot, scale into bulk supply, with terms that fit how Mongolian buyers actually procure.
